This blog is a culinary blog with recipes and tips. To set up a blog to my friends talked me saying that my dishes or desserts, or advice can help anyone who likes to spend but little time in the kitchen. I recently got the nickname "Gosia good advice";) (red. Gosiha)
And here a little bit about me. Now I come from North of Poland, near Elblag and since 3.5 years, I live, work, I use life in the Northern Ireland. I came here by accident, was to be the "moment" and flew a few years old already;) have always liked something cook in the kitchen, but only after his departure from Poland, living in a green Northern Ireland, I realized that I really really like to cook and even more bake cakes:)
But all that I owe my Mum during my childhood, even treat a young age did not inhibit my passion to baking, and even helped me to develop it effectively. Thanks Mum;)
These hobby completely absorbed me here ... and so far is just a hobby.
